Staff Onboarding, Student Welcome and Retention, and Student Orientation Toolkit Now Available   

To help provide clear, consistent messaging for students and staff that echoes across campuses nationwide—Job Corps is introducing three new toolkits, focused on ensuring both staff and students are equipped with the proper resources for success.  

These resources include: 

Staff Onboarding Toolkit 

• Aimed at new Admissions staff who have joined Job Corps recently, this toolkit helps introduce them to the program, Job Corps messaging, and the marketing and communications funnel, providing a consistent foundation from the start of their employment with Job Corps.   

Student Welcome and Retention Toolkit

• This toolkit contains communications resources to introduce newly accepted students to Job Corps and prepare them for life on campus. It’s divided into three phases:   

Student Orientation Toolkit 

• Provides customizable, branded resources designed for Outreach and Admissions personnel to use in Job Corps information sessions and orientation meetings.
