The Materials Marketplace is a one-stop online resource where Job Corps staff can find, order, and customize recruitment, retention and outreach materials to support student success. Every material on the Marketplace has been approved by the National Office of Job Corps.

You can find a wide range of materials to help with all your student recruitment, retention and outreach needs:

  • Recruitment materials including posters, banners, yard signs, brochures, fliers, postcards, and door hangers.
  • Center fliers showcasing a day in the life at each Job Corps center
  • Materials that describe each of Job Corps’ 100+ training opportunities.
  • Specialized toolkits to help support your outreach, recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Champion Success Stories that share the successes and benefits of the Job Corps program from the graduate perspective.
  • Outreach materials that can be shared with stakeholder entities including parents, employers and various supporter groups (foster care agencies, school counselors and educators, etc.) so that they can understand the benefits of the program.

Digital outreach is a very effective recruitment method to consider when interacting with prospects. Since admissions staff are not always face-to-face with a prospect, certain materials have been designed for easy download that can be emailed or sent via text to prospects so that they can learn more about the program.

The toolkits serve as a collection of materials, tips and strategies designed to help you accomplish your student recruitment, retention and outreach goals. These toolkits include resources like:

  • Step-by-step guides to onboard new staff members
  • Supporting materials and resources
  • Templated materials with branded messaging that can be localized
  • Checklists, tips and best practices to reference during your outreach strategies

There are translated materials for a wide range of audiences, including potential students, parents and organizations. The translated languages include Spanish, French, Somali, Russian, Dari, Pashto, Vietnamese and more. If there is a language that is commonly spoken in your area and you are interested in having a piece translated, please reach out to jobcorpsmaterials@mpf.com

While the Materials Marketplace is meant to primarily provide staff with the materials and resources to recruit prospective students to the program, and support student retention on campuses, there are materials available that speak to Job Corps’ other target audiences like parents, foster care agencies and school counselors and educators, and employers.

The majority of the materials on the Materials Marketplace are free, meaning they can be ordered and shipped to you for no cost. There are a few select items in which you may be responsible for the cost of printing and producing the materials. Reach out to jobcorpsmaterials@mpf.com if you have any questions about what materials may incur a cost to be produced.

You have the option to create an account with the Materials Marketplace but it is not required to order materials. By creating an account, you’re able to save your “favorite” materials to reference for a future order.

While there are pre-set quantities for all printed materials, please reach out to jobcorpsmaterials@mpf.com if you need to place a bulk order.

STEP 1: Add materials to your shopping cart.

To add materials to your shopping cart, select the quantity you wish to order and click Add to Cart. Once a material has been added, your shopping cart icon at the top left of your screen will reflect your addition.

STEP 2: Proceed to checkout.

Click the Checkout button at the top left of your screen once you are done adding materials to your cart.

STEP 3: Review your order.

This is your opportunity to change quantities or remove any unwanted items from your shopping cart.

STEP 4: Enter your shipping information.

Please be sure to fill this form out completely. This is the only way to ensure materials will be sent to you properly.

STEP 5: Submit your order.

You should receive a confirmation e-mail once you have successfully placed an order. This is your receipt. If you have any problems, please email jobcorpsmaterials@mpf.com

Your email confirmation will provide tracking information and details.

You can expect your material order to arrive no later than two business weeks after placing the order. If your material order hasn’t arrived after two weeks, contact jobcorpsmaterials@mpf.com

Please contact jobcorpsmaterials@mpf.com if you are in urgent need of printed materials. The materials team can place the order on your behalf and work with our mail house to get the order shipped as quickly as possible.

Reach out to jobcorpsmaterials@mpf.com as soon as possible to cancel your order.

Yes! Many materials, such as the information session flier, are editable and can be tailored to your local audience. Reach out to jobcorpsmaterials@mpf.com if you have any questions about customizing additional materials for your needs.
